Meet Dr. Malleck & Staff
Rebecca Malleck, DVM
Dr. Malleck  graduated from Kansas State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001.  Initially, she practiced medicine in Laramie, Wyoming for two years and then four years in Denver.  In January of 2006, she took over ownership of Genesee Veterinary Hospital succeding Robert Hathaway, DVM in ownership.  Rebecca is married with three cats and a mastiff at home.
Debbie Jorenby
Veterinary Technician
Debbie has worked full-time at this hospital since 2004 and has a cumulative total of six years in the veterinary field.  She has taken specialized classes in the area of surgical nursing care in small animals, and anesthesia and pain management in small animals.  Debbie is married, has a son, and has two dogs Bodie and Bryce.
Staci Bush
Veterinary Technician
Staci joined the Genesee Veterinary Team after moving here from Ohio.  She has worked in a veterinary clinic for five years and is currently training at Bel Rea Institute to become a certified veterinary technician.  Staci has taken specialized classes in the area of anesthesia and pain management in small animals.  She has a Yorksire Terrier named Tanner (not pictured) here with her in Colorado.
Holly Hathaway
Front Office and Veterinary Assistant
Holly has worked part-time for Genesee Veterinary Hospital since she moved to Colorado from Iowa in the spring of 2001. Daughter of Dr. Hathaway (former owner) she grew up around the veterinary field.  She recently finished her masters in education, and will continue to work part-time at Genesee Vet.  She has a cat named Paco at home and often goes horse back riding in the Denver Area.
